A collective approach

Our therapists collaborate with the entire team to ensure the best quality for you!

At Forage Wellness, our treatment team has hundreds of combined training hours in the Restoration Therapy approach. Our Clinical Supervisor, Justin Little, LMFT (RT Certified Level II), is heavily involved in every aspect of your care. Student interns and pre-licensed clinicians receive top-notch attention, training and supervision in order to provide you with the best treatment possible. Justin will often participate in therapy sessions in addition to supervising and training in real-time.

All of this occurs in partnership with Living Well Counseling Center, under the clinical supervision of Emily Brems, LMFT (RT Certified Level II). Both teams train and collaborate together on a weekly basis in order to maximize the impact for our collective clients. Justin and Emily regularly meet with Dr. Terry Hargrave, LMFT (RT founder) as they work towards becoming Certified Level III RT Therapists in 2024, and are current AAMFT Approved Supervisor candidates under the mentorship of Dr. Jeffrey White, LMFT.

Restoration Therapy (also known as “RT”) uses the latest developments in Attachment Theory, Emotional Regulation and Mindfulness in an understandable and effective approach that empowers clients to clearly identify and name fight/flight reactions in order to facilitate growth. All of our therapists receive extensive training and supervision in RT in order to maximize positive clinical outcomes for you.
