    Mindfulness has been proven to be an effective tool to improve mental health. The question for many is: “Where do I begin?”

    This group will equip you to use a daily, 7-minute tool known as “BREATHE” to improve your mental health and wellbeing, while making meaningful changes in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

    “BREATHE” is a tool developed by Justin Little, LMFT, INHC, and is based on over a decade of Justin’s mindfulness work with clients as well as wisdom from other areas including Blue Zones and Kaizen. Building upon the foundation of Integrative Nutrition and Restoration Therapy, “BREATHE” will empower you to take control of your brain and nervous system in more productive ways, and identify practical changes that will build upon the positive momentum you create each day. Such areas of focus include creativity, family relationships, finances, nutrition, and many more!

    This group is limited to 8 participants, and will be led by Lacey Hawkins, MCFC Student Intern, under the supervision of Justin Little, LMFT. This is an 8-week, online therapy group.
