Jeri Finn, CMHC Master’s Intern, Certified Level I Restoration Therapist, QMHP (OR)

I am a caring, curious, and deeply authentic person. My goal is to create a safe space in which you can trust me with the messiest parts of yourself. I lean into the theoretical lens that our early life experiences profoundly shape us, in ways that can be both healthy and unhealthy. I also believe that with clear insight, we can reveal our patterns, expose our pain, and heal our wounds. My approach is person-centered, respecting you as the expert of your own experiences, and I am working toward certification in Restoration Therapy.

I have also been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for over 15 years, which has taught me to value Health at Every Size® and intuitive eating. If you are tired of having a dysfunctional relationship with food and/or your body, I will strive to help you break free from dieting and chasing an “ideal” body weight. Let’s honor our perfectly imperfect bodies just as they are!

Whether it’s depression, grief, frustration, loneliness, stress, or pain, I am here to listen. Maybe you are in a time of transition and need support as you make tough decisions and take new steps. Together we can help you feel more deeply connected to yourself and others. I typically see individual clients ages 16 and older.

My roots are in Oregon. I was born and raised on the Oregon coast and have lived most of my adult life in Portland. My husband and I have a son in college and two energetic dogs. I love my family…and savor my precious alone time! I love tennis, podcasts, freshly baked cookies, strong coffee, and even stronger friendships.
